The Senior Cyber Security Analyst must have a thorough knowledge of security principles, concepts, policy and regulations and be able to identify risks in security systems and work with technical experts to resolve security issues. The analyst is not afraid to implement new systems or manage the existing Information Security systems. The successful candidate will identify key concepts, factors and risks based on conversations and document these in clear and concise narrative or graphic reports. The candidate must also be able to interact with the Information Security Office personnel and coordinate information assurance actions, investigations and remediation of cyber security vulnerabilities within the enterprise. ProSphere is seeking a Microsoft Power Apps Developer/SharePoint Administrator to support one of our Federal clients. The Administrator, under the guidance of the SharePoint and Power Apps Lead, will support the design, development, maintenance, testing, and deployment of legacy and emerging initiatives. The individual in this position will have experience in developing SharePoint and Power Apps solutions, understanding business processes, developing use cases, and ensuring that applicable Microsoft and client standards are maintained. The Power Apps Developer/SharePoint Administrator will have experience developing Power Apps as well as SharePoint solutions, implementing security controls, and supporting administrative activities, as designated by the Lead. The Power Apps Developer/SharePoint Administrator will create workflows and reports with Power BI Automate and Power BI tools.
The U.S. Army Signal Regional Network Enterprise Center (NEC) requires Information Technology services to provide Command, Control, Communication, and Computer Information Technology (C4/IT) Enterprise Management Services. RNEC JBSA has been tasked by 7th Signal Command to migrate 177th Armor over to the DoDIN-A and provide C4IM services to 177th Combined Arms Training Brigade. 177th Combined Arms Training Brigade oversees the Mission Command Configuration Center (MC3). The MC3 is a facility located at Camp Shelby, Mississippi that enables the conduct of mobilization exercises (MOBEX) to prepare Reserve Component units in the event of a Large Scale Contingency Operations (LSCO). First Army was directed to execute the MC3operations of nine Mobilization Force Generating Installations (MFGI) to ensure communications are interoperable with designated combatant commands. MC3 operations are guided by FORSCOM Digital Integration Guide. Units mobilizing through the MFGI have the opportunity to validate their organic Mission Command and Information Systems (MCIS) using theater specific Mission Partner Environment (MPE) at the MC3 prior to conducting Reception, Staging, Onward Movement and Integration (RSO&I) activities in theater. This MC3 facility will support Level I-III mobilization exercises and other training events to improve individual, collective and unit’s mission essential tasks by providing connectivity to Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR), Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR), and theater specific MPE via the Global Agile Integrated Transport (GAIT) and the Department of Defense Information Network-Army (DODIN-A).
The 177th Combined Arms Training Brigade requires C4IM services support for approximately 436 users currently residing at Camp Shelby. The requirements include desktop, software, peripheral, information security and network support services in support of the organization’s 561 NIPR and 25 SIPR workstations across 46 buildings. 177th Combined Arms Training Brigade also requires Network and Voice over Inter Protocol (VOIP) support for the organization’s 45 Edge routers, 4 Core routers, and 617 VOIP phones. However, the Government does not represent or guarantee that this workload will remain the same through the life of the contract. The 177th Combined Arms Training Brigade supports numerous major exercises per year, 30-days in duration. Work will be performed at multiple locations on Camp Shelby, Mississippi.

The role requires system administration skills to troubleshoot Tier 1 and 2 calls in the Help Desk. The Sr. Help Desk Specialist must have experience supporting end users to resolve a range of technical issues. The candidate will operate under the supervision of the Customer Service Director and be professional with extreme attention to detail and patience.
The candidate will be responsible for providing remote administration and troubleshooting of end users challenges and be adept at repairing and resolving desktop system and peripheral devices issues. Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in an office setting are critical skills as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues. VALI Tier 2 provides support to the VA’s Learning Management System (LMS) application, known as the Talent Management System (TMS). This position is responsible for resolving tickets escalated to the VALI Tier 2 Team from the VA TMS Learning Administrators, VA’s Enterprise Service Desk (ESD), and working closely with other VALI-supported help desks. Customer Service Technicians are the primary system administrator for the TMS. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) of all system updates, upgrades, integrated tools, and other software integrated with the TMS.
