ProSphere is seeking a technically seasoned Operations Manager with enterprise-level experience managing a team of engineers within a 24x7x365 datacenter environment. A successful candidate will provide end-to-end infrastructure services and support, as well as, additional guidance to the client leadership team in improving IT services within the environment, and architecting solutions to help solve their business problems. The Ops Manager is the face of Operations in front of the client.
The candidate will be responsible for direct reports and ensuring overall customer success in timely milestone delivery and project completion. The Ops Manager will work directly with the customer and multiple customer facing teams within the environment, to provide technical and operational insight on projects/tasks/incidents. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 7 and the technical lead with core activities involving in migration to a public cloud infrastructure, primarily with Office 365 for U.S. Government, as well as Azure Government Community Cloud. Last, but not least, the candidate must be able to assist the customer in budgeting/planning infrastructure from a long-term mindset/roadmap (1 year / 3 year / 5 year).

ProSphere is offering free IT Training. This offer is only available to Military Veterans who live within 1 hour of Bossier City, LA and Barbourville, KY. We pay $10 per hour up to 30 hours a month for 3 months. All aspects of this training will be completed virtually which includes an one hour orientation. All training is self-paced and can be completed from the comfort of your own home during the time that fits your schedule.
