The candidate will operate under the supervision of the Customer Service Director and be professional with extreme attention to detail and patience. The candidate will be responsible for providing remote administration and troubleshooting of end users challenges and be adept at repairing and resolving desktop system and peripheral devices issues. Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in an office setting are critical skills as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues. ProSphere is offering free IT Training. This offer is only available to Military Veterans who live within 1 hour of Bossier City, LA and Barbourville, KY.  We pay $10 per hour up to 30 hours a month for 3 months. All aspects of this training will be completed virtually which includes an one hour orientation. All training is self-paced and can be completed from the comfort of your own home during the time that fits your schedule.    This is a temporary, part-time position which, upon successful completion, if interested, may lead to a future career opportunity as a Customer Service Technician.
