ProSphere is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Certified System Administrator with strong knowledge of creating plans to assure effective management, operations and maintenance of systems and or networks. We are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of ServiceNow, and can provide mastery of ServiceNow System Administration that has the skills and essential knowledge necessary to manage the configuration, implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow system. Shall have industry experience with database concepts and system management, knowledge of IT Help Desk processes and the incident, problem and change workflows processes This is a full-time opportunity in Washington, DC.
