Overview

ProSphere is seeking an experienced Project Analyst (Intermediate) to provide analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs related to application migration to cloud, cloud-native application design and implementation, and/or cloud environment in support to our Department of Army Government client. This is full-time position that can be located in Austin, TX, National Capital (DC) Region, Redstone, AL, Detroit, MI, Natick, MA, Orlando, FL along with the possibility of telework options. Responsibilities

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of project objectives.
• Familiar of current and emerging cloud technologies.
• Performs technical and business analyst functions including information gathering, data modeling, project testing, implementing automation, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives.
• Must have experience in re-engineering underlying business processes in support of application refactor efforts.
• Provides technical guidance to a project team.
• Conducts direct coordination and collaboration with the integrated team personnel.
• Experienced in Agile delivery methods and program management techniques.
• Capable of running an independent team with oversight from senior leadership.
• Responsible for supporting the Program Managers by maintaining program schedule and successful task order reporting and deliverable completion.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, business, or related field and a minimum of 6 years of related project analyst work experience.
• U.S. Citizenship (Government Requirement)
• Must have an active Secret Clearance

• U.S. Army or Army Future Command program management experience
• Former Military

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time
• Typical office environment. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time; ability to lift 5-20 lbs
