ProSphere is seeking a Business Analayst with experience managing Information Technology customer service operations. The BA will ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed. The BA provides tailored customer service and maintains continuous, open communications between the IT Shared Services and the DOT customer on all IT service and support issues. This includes communicating customer requirements to IT Shared Services, information about IT Shared Services Enterprise projects to the customer base, and problem/issue escalation and resolution. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with all project stakeholders. Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
