ProSphere is seeking an experienced Program Manager Senior / Master to lead an integrated project team and provide program execution oversight in addition to technical guidance to deliver program management, application software development, implementation, cloud migration, training, technical and documentation support to our Department of Army Government client. This is full-time position located in Austin TX. Veterans are encouraged to apply.


  • Responsible for organizing and coordinating the planning and production for all the client deliveries within a reasonable span of control and assigned project
  • Ensure the team completes all tasks assignments within estimated periods and budget constraints. Responsible for schedule and assignment of duties to team members
  • Conducts direct coordination and collaboration with client personnel and assigned functional and technical staff
  • Provides support to services delivered under the contract to ensure to the maximum extent practical that satisfy the requirements and needs of client organization
  • Actively applies quality assurance measures to the performance of the contract
  • Providing project management oversight to an integrated team
  • Collaborate with Government leadership to ensure all goals, initiatives, tasks and workflows are known, understood, and implemented
  • Responsible for maintaining program schedule and successful task order reporting and deliverable completion 
  • Monitoring and managing program financials, subcontractors, invoicing, and personnel


  • Must have a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) degree
  • 8+ years effectively managing a U.S. federal agency program with intensive and progressive experience with at least 10 personnel within the last 5 years, ideally with an Agile Methodology and Data Science focus
  • Must be familiar with both traditional waterfall (e.g. PMP) and Agile delivery methods to manage multiple project teams and milestones
  • Must be experienced in planning, estimating, organizing, staffing, and executing projects at scale to include multiple, distributed teams
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
  • Proficiency in timely and effective oral and written communication
  • Familiarity with MS SharePoint and Office Suite
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • U.S. Citizenship (Government Requirement)
  • Secret Clearance required

Qualifications Highly Desired

  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • U.S. Army and/or Army Future Command program management experience
