  • Overview

    ProSphere is currently seeking a General Clerk to assist team members with travel arrangements, purchases, expenses and reimbursements. Successful candidate will have the ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills. 


    This is a full-time position located in Austin, Texas. Veterans are encouraged to apply.


    • Assist employees with the travel and expense forms, review travel authority for authorized entitlements, request any corrections needed and answer customer entitlement queries
    • Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship with the day-to-day activities for the supervisor and staff
    • Follow detailed instructions provided for difficult or unusual assignments
    • Review completed work and methods used for technical accuracy


    • High School graduate or equivalent
    • At least six months of travel expense/claims processing experience
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
    • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures
    • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
    • Strong customer service and problem solving ability
    • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
    • Excellent organizational and administrative skills and a positive personality
    • Travel may be required
    • Ability to work overtime required on occasion

    Physical Demands:

    • Typical office environment. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 5-20 lbs.
