ProSphere is seeking a Customer Service Engineer with experience conducting routine system administration tasks and logging data in system administration logs. The Customer Service Engineer will operate under the supervision of a Senior System Administrator and must have prior experience administering patches and taking corrective action under direct supervision. The successful candidate should also demonstrate knowledge of virtual environments and have the ability to assist senior system administrators in managing a remote server farm. The Customer Service Engineer will also be responsible for providing Tier 2 end-user assistance, repair or resolution of desktop systems and peripheral devices.
