    ProSphere is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team supporting our government customer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within a fast-paced environment to test highly complex applications. Product quality and stability are critical and you will play a key role in ensuring this. This is a full-time position, located in Washington D.C. Veterans are encouraged to apply.


    • Adhere to quality assurance guidelines and maintain quality assurance on all deliverables.
    • Deliver a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that includes inspection methodologies, identifying and preventing defects in quality of service performed, records management, and defined corrective and/or preventative actions to be taken.
    • Maintain quality control standards throughout the program/project lifecycle.
    • Establish and maintain a process for evaluating project deliverables and associated documentation, and determine necessary resources for quality control.
    • Provide oversight on service level agreement (SLA) process development and verification.
    • Ensure improvement plans are identified and implemented to resolve performance and SLA issues.
    • Respond to ad hoc inquiries by the Government as required by applicable regulations.
    • Participate in group efforts to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Participate in daily/weekly/monthly management and team meetings.
    • Provide input to the Release Management team to include but not limited to: developing quality plans and back-out plans as appropriate for each release; and developing system test scripts to detect any defects in solutions prior to deployment to the production environment.
    • Work with development team to remediate any defects found.
    • Support end users during UAT.


    • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control of IT systems
    • Bachelor's degree desired
    • Must have experience with ISO or other quality management standards
    • Must be fully aware of the IT project lifecycle
    • Experience with multiple testing frameworks
    • Travel may be required
    • Ability to work overtime required on occasion
    • Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time
    • Remote and on-call responsibilities may be required
