ProSphere is seeking a dynamic, self-starting, full-time ServiceNow Sr. Developer/Architect with strong problem-solving expertise to support our mission critical federal customer in the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
The candidate must possess ITSM knowledge that can be applied to practice within ServiceNow.
The candidate will be responsible for managing deployed modules and services provided by ServiceNow, specifically with Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Project Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Self-Service Portal.
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker/problem solver. The candidate will be able to identify functional and user requirements from the end users for IT Service Management, and transform the requirements into tangible items within ServiceNow.
